What is the North Star Passport Gift Card?

The North Star Travel Gift Card is a prepaid balance that the customer can use to book tailor-made trips, hotels, special getaways, experiences and any service offered by North Star Travel.

The card does not expire and can be used for one or more bookings until the balance is depleted.

How to use the Gift Card

• The card can be used by the holder or by the person to whom they wish to give it as a gift.

• To redeem it, simply contact North Star Travel by email or WhatsApp and provide the card's unique code.

• We will apply the corresponding amount to the budget of the chosen trip.

• It is valid for any destination or service available at North Star Travel.

Partial use or remaining balance

• If the cost of the trip is higher than the available balance, the cardholder may pay the difference.

• If the trip cost is less, the remaining balance will still be available for future bookings.

• The card can be used as many times as necessary until the balance is depleted.

Important conditions

• The Gift Card does not expire, in accordance with consumer regulations in Spain.

• It is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• It can be transferred to another person if the holder so wishes.

• In case of loss of the email or code, it can be recovered provided the buyer supplies proof of purchase.

How to buy the Gift Card

• Available in open amounts (for example: €50, €100, €250, €500 or customized).

• After purchase, you will receive the digital card with your unique code, a stylish design ready to print or forward, and instructions for using it.

• Optional: personalized message for the recipient.

How to receive your card

• By email in digital format (PDF or image).

• We can personalize the design with name, message and occasion (birthday, anniversary, Christmas…).
