
GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the client and the website owner, Helena Margret Englander, with NIF Y2818939G, acting as a freelancer, with registered office at Avenida de Teresa de Calcuta, 28760 Tres Cantos, Madrid, Spain.
Purpose of the contract
The owner offers package travel, stays, events, and other tourist services in accordance with current legislation.
Parties involved
The contract is concluded solely between the end customer and Helena Margret Englander, regardless of whether third-party platforms or tools are used for the management or marketing of the services.
Reservations and payments
Reservations will be considered final once full or partial payment of the amount indicated in the reservation confirmation has been made.
Modifications and cancellations
Any modification or cancellation must be made in accordance with the conditions established in the reservation confirmation. Any resulting charges will be communicated to the customer in advance.
Responsibility
The owner is responsible for the proper fulfillment of the obligations arising from the contract, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Royal Decree-Law 23/2018.
Legislation and jurisdiction
The contract will be governed by Spanish law. For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
